Our country has been in a period that the group event occurs frequently. Theindirect conflict of interest as a special group event has stronger destructiveness thanother kinds of group events no matter on the aspect of economic loss or on the aspectof negative aspect. However, most participants have no direct interests’ relationshipwith the event. They do not clearly express their interests in the conflict process. Thiskind of large-scale of non-benefit activity strengthens the degree of difficulty aboutconflict block and it even makes the local government do nothing but nail-biting.On the assumption of ecological rationality, the dissertation adopts relativetheory of decision-making theory and makes the individual who participate indirectconflict of interests as a research unit to systematically analyze how the participantsmake decision in conflict through constructing the decision model of participant.Meanwhile, dissertation also tries to construct the block mechanism about indirectconflict of interest through the way of researching the variable elements influencingthe decision of participants.Participant model consists of three submodels and they are respectively decisioncircumstance variable model, participant variable model and adaptability kit model.Circumstance variable model are the research priorities of decision-making theoryunder the guideline of ecological rationality and in includes circumstance structureanalysis and circumstance evolvement analysis. Participant variable model is asystematical analysis of cognitive ability of participant, decision-making style, pastmemories and social resource. Adaptability kit model is a set of decision-makingstrategy that participants may use in the real conflicts. Decision circumstance variablemodel connect participant variable model through the function of adaptability kitmodel. Under the influence of the three submodels, the dissertation tries to simulatethe elements and decision-making process of the participants. This dissertation adopts Wengan Event as an example case in the participantdecision-making model. It not only can check out the operation mechanism of the model, but also carefully analyze the important variables of participant about indirectconflict of interests in the reality. On the base of analysis, the dissertation comes to aconclusion that regulating and controlling participant decision-making circumstancevariable can improve the decision-making direction of the participants. Thus, theconflict block mechanism consists of two aspects under the guidance ofdecision-making theory. One is that the original circumstance of conflict will beimproved in the aspects of institution. The other one is that the secondarycircumstance of conflict will be regulated in the aspects of operation.
