The Community Pension Volunteering Under The Intervention Of Social Work

With the aging progress is accelerating, our country has appeared the trend of advanced age progress, pension demand is increasingly urgent, providing for the elderly become an important issue in this period. With the function of the family pension and institutional pension are in a dual weaken state,community pension become a significant form in the pension demand.In the recent years,with the number of elderly people increased year by year,our country has appeared a large number of young old man,how to achieve the teaching become these young old man’s pursuit of goal,but the huge demand in the community pension has created the favorable conditions.Although these young old men have taken an active part in the volunteer service,filled promptly a large gap of the community pension,it exists a lot of problems in the progress of the volunteer service.Social work rely on its own professional concepts and service skills,it provides a new perspective and method for our country community which conduct the pension volunteer service,effectively promote the professional development of the volunteer service system.In this paper, it is combined with the community pension and volunteer service as two entry points, applying social work concepts and methods to step in, and use the jintang community in Suzhou’s “low age help advanced age” project as an example, try to excavate numerous dilemmas in the project operation, explore a more professional and persistence volunteer service road under the way of community pension.
