Research On Asset Disclosure Of County Level Party And Government Leading Cadres Under The E-Government Environment In Our Country

Disclosure asset relates to the leading cadres’ privacy issues, this paper considers that protect and restrict the leading cadres’ privacy rights is not a separate question, what the leading cadres’ privacy owned is the "limited" privacy.In the party and national leadership system and the organizational structure, county level party and government leading cadres are an important hub of the combination of macro and micro parts. Further promoting county level party and government leading cadres’ asset disclosure under the E-government environment, along direction of scientific, democratization, legalization and institutionalized development, is the fundamental ensure of national stability and social harmony.The paper is divided into seven parts. First of all is introduction, introduces the background and meaning, analysis the status of research domestic and abroad, introduces idea, methods and the innovations of the research. The second part is the definition of concepts and theoretical explanation. Definition including E-government, associated with the E-government, county level party and government leading cadres, leading cadres’ asset disclosure and citizens’ right to know and leading cadres’privacy. To the theoretical, E-governance theory is be used.
