The achievement of the national obligations to work-relatedinjury insurance for migrant workers requires several roads. Such as the state could try topromote the establishment of the law of work-related injury insurance for migrant workers;and improve the governing quality of the ruler, smooth the legal remedy channels towork-related injury insurance for migrant workers.
