Study On The Operations Of Community Service Center Of Shenzhen

Social Work is rooted in ancient Rome, ancient Greek and Christian culture in thewest, and respond of the social problems that rooted in industrialization and urbanization.As a western import, Social Work is experiencing localization since it was introduced intoChina. Since reform and opening up, China has entered a transition period of socialtransformation and economic transition.With emancipating the mind and changing theruling thinking, Civil society in China has been growing up slowly, the relationshipbetween government and society has been gradually clear, China has entered the era whenis creatding "small government, big society". Social work is seen as providing socialwelfare system,and bearing the task of to reform the traditional social services and create anew type of social services,and Be trusted in response to a growing number of socialproblems. Shenzhen as the forefront of reform and opening up,it’s social work professiondevelopment speed is very fast.Social work in Shenzhen began to enter the professional road since2007, and hasbeen exploring the localization. In Shenzhen,the supply mode of social work services haschanged three times: Setting a separate post, Combining into a service project and buildinga community service center. Shenzhen began promoting community service center,andthus began to explore new mode of community service since2011, This study is based onthe above background, and taking community service center in shenzhen city as theanalysis object, The research methods including Literature research method,Participantobservation method and Experience summary method.In the first place, this study combedthe development background of the community service center.Then, expounded the mainoperational management ideas from the operation mode, management mode, evaluationsystem, etc.Thirdly,the author combined with the practice of their experience, andexpounded the community service center of the overall strategies,and detailed the specific operation way of each work plate. In the end,to sum up the experiences of communityservice center operations and predict its future prospects. The author hope to deeplyexplore the following three aspects: operating results of Community service center, thelocalization of social work in China and the relationship between the social work and civilsociety.
