Research On The Localization Of Community Service Models In Ethnic Areas

In the new development stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and accelerating the process of socialist modernization,China's urbanization process is accelerating,and the reform of the grassroots social management system and community governance structure is also deepening.This makes community service important in urban work.In order to implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and implement the spirit of General Secretary XIJinping's important speech on urban grassroots party building and grassroots community governance,the Wulan Town Government of Etuoke Banner,Ordos City proposed to build “small town · Big community"("small town" refers to Wulan Town,Etuoke Banner,Ordos City,"big community" refers to a large community composed of seven town communities in Wulan Town).The author is involved in tracking the planning and implementation process of the project,and from time to time finds the phenomenon of difficult integration between the community work concept and service implementation introduced from Guangzhou and the cultural factors of ethnic minority areas,for this purpose tries to analyze through the literature and field research methods The problem of community work in the process of localization of community service in ethnic areas,exploring the cause of the problem of community work when intervening in community service,thus reflecting and innovating the community service model in ethnic areas.Based on the theoretical analysis of the implementation of community work and put forward suggestions on the mode of community service suitable for ethnic areas,community services in ethnic areas are more suitable to the development of ethnic areas and to the actual needs of local people.The thesis is divided into introduction,main body(part 1,part 2,part 3,part 4)and conclusion.The introduction is mainly composed of six parts: research background,significance of topic selection,literature review,theoretical significance,research methods,concept definition and basic theory.In the first part,we first introduced the overview of Wulan Town and the percentage of residents of various overview of Wulan Town and the percentage of residents of various ethnic groups in the community,thus highlighting the importance of residents of various ethnic groups in the localization of community service models in ethnic areas.Secondly,the characteristics of community residents in Wulan Town and the problems of community service are used to prove the above content by way of examples.Part 2,introduces the overview,preparation work and implementation process of the project "Small Towns and Large Communities" In the third part,the author first presents the case of social work involved in community service in ethnic areas,secondly analyzes and explains the cases one by one with the implementation theory of community work,and finally expounds the staged results after the implementation of the project and the The impact of community services in Lanzhen.In part 4,the author raised the problems that occurred in the community service of Wulan Town during the implementation of the project.On this basis,the author analyzes the above problems from the perspective of practical research and reflects on it.In the conclusion,the author proposes two localization methods for the community service model in ethnic areas,one is the localization of service content,and the other is the localization of social work intervention.Finally,the author briefly stated his views on the future development of the community service model in ethnic areas.
