A Case Study Of Truman Tianyi Social Work Service Society Participating In The Reconstruction Of Lantian Garden Community

Community is a small society,society is a large community.Nowadays,the community has become the most closely connected carrier with every citizen.At the same time,as an important foothold of grass-roots governance,community shoulders the function of promoting the communication and interaction between the Party committee and the government and the public.The Party Central Committee has also made an important work plan,which is to promote social organizations to actively participate in social governance.In the eighth part of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s nineteen major reports,he put forward "improving the level of protection and improvement of people’s livelihood,strengthening and innovating social governance".It can be seen that social organizations have become an effective supplement for the government to deal with public affairs,and play an important role in promoting residents to participate in community affairs,realizing grass-roots autonomy and improving the level of all aspects of the community.Based on the case study of Tianyi social work service agency in Chumen Town,Yuhuan City,this paper studies the typical cases of socialorganizations participating in community reconstruction through case description,investigation interview and face-to-face interview.First of all,it briefly introduces the research of domestic and foreign scholars in this field;secondly,it describes the whole process of Tianyi social work service agency’s intervention in the community reconstruction of Lantian community,including the plan,process and effect of community reconstruction;thirdly,it analyzes the community reconstruction cases of Lantian community,and considers the reasons for the success of the project.Finally,on the basis of the analysis,several elements of social organizations participating in community reconstruction are extracted,such as government empowerment,incubation of autonomous organizations,multi sector cooperation,etc.I hope that through summary and refinement,it can provide reference for other social organizations in Yuhuan to participate in community reconstruction.
