| Community pension is more and more popular among the elderly in China.It is not only in line with traditional ideas,but also has advantages in providing for the elderly.In the process of social governance development,the government is also fully aware of the importance of community pension,and the related laws and long-term planning also involves community pension issues.Shanghai's community pension model development is in the forefront of the country.In recent years,innovation has introduced the concept of Shanghai community comprehensive service center for elder,becoming a new choice for community pension.As one of the means of Chinese community governance in the new era,social work has gradually received attention and played an important role in different fields.Social work involved in community care services is an inevitable trend of development.This study takes several representative Shanghai community comprehensive service centers for elder as the survey object,comprehensively and systematically understands the operation status of the service center,and through field investigations,interviews and in-depth interviews,has obtained important research data,and taking 10 centers operated by third-party social organizations as examples,using the CORPS model to analyze the characteristics and existing problems of social organizations participating in the community pension service center.Propose the necessity and specific solution strategy of social organization intervention.Through the analysis and comparison of the clients,operations,resources,participants and services created or provided by enterprises and non-profit organizations.The research found that the service centers have problems with service object coverage,service landing and demand response,development and utilization of resource,staffing,service effectiveness and policy advocacy.Finally,an effective operational strategy is proposed for each of the different operating entities. |
