Study On The Effective Communication In Maritime Law Enforcement

As a national administration, maritime sector is an important national maritime law enforcement force, responsible to ensure the water traffic safety, protect the water environment, safeguard national sovereignty and promote economic and social development.With the construction of harmonious society and the transition of manage-oriented organizations to service-oriented organizations, the service-oriented marine construction is an important task for maritime sector. Therefore, how to effectively improve service capabilities, embody the service in the regulation, implement regulation in the service, provide professional, high quality, convenient and personalized service for the public and the administration, appears importantly.The effective communication directly affects the efficiency and service quality of maritime law enforcement and relates to the establishment of the atmosphere and image of the harmonious maritime law enforcement.For the maritime sector, the effective communication in maritime law enforcement plays an important role for enhancing the effect of maritime law enforcement and actualizing service-oriented maritime concept and personalized law enforcement, and it is an effective protection of a smooth implementation of maritime administration.In the management of maritime law enforcement, the maritime sector needs to continuously improve the quality of the marine team, effectively overcome the barriers of the communication in law enforcement, constantly adjust and perfect communication mechanisms and measures in law enforcement in order to truly achieve effective communication in maritime law enforcement.On the basis of management communication theory, by discussing the importance of maritime law enforcement issues, combined with the actual situation of my own management practices and the communication in maritime sector, the dissertation analyzes the existing problems in maritime law enforcement and the main factors of the impact to the effectiveness of maritime law enforcement communication. It also proposes some management suggestions to the establishment of a common normative standard of law enforcement, cultivation and attention to the law enforcement culture, efforts to improve communication skills for maritime law enforcement team, and the building of effective communication platform.I Hope that my study can contribute to the further enhancement of the efficiency and service level in the work of maritime sector and creation of a harmonious enforcement atmosphere.
