There is Sharp increase in demand of Pension services in government agency since China entered the aging society. Due to public pension agencies with limited resources, private pension institutions mitigate the problem of inadequate Pension services supplied. The development of private pension institutions still faces many difficulties, such as financing difficult question, unsustainable development, lack of talent and so on. So it needs government support urgently.Zhejiang has introduced a number of supportive policies of private pension institutions developed in recent years. It promotes the development of private pension institutions. However, there are many problems in the supportive policies of the private pension institutions, which seriously restricts the further development of private pension institutions. At present, the problems and Countermeasures for the development of private pension institutions have been studied by many scholars, but its supportive policies have been studied by few scholars. It is analyzed and studied by perfecting supportive policies of the private pension institutions in this paper.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, supportive policies and the existing problems of the private pension institutions are analyzed through documents and Comparative study in this paper. It introduces the purpose, meaning, content and literature review of the Theses, the relevant concepts and theoretical basis for the first part. It describes the supportive policies of pension institution at home and abroad and analyses the existing policy in United States, Japan and China’s Beijing, Shanghai and other provinces for the second part. It describes the Development status of private pension institutions and the supportive Policy requirements analysis in Zhejiang Province in the third part. It introduces the existing supportive policy of private pension institutions, and it is pointed out five major problems in Zhejiang province for the third part. At last, it puts forward the recommendations for the supportive the supportive policies of private pension Perfected in Zhejiang Province.
