| Based on the view of existing academic research,This paper summarizes the research significance.Regards the basic concepts and structures of forester, legal consciousness as the breakthrough point, determines the index system of the Yunnan foresters’ legal consciousness withfour basic principles, includes foresters’ legal cognition,legal emotion,legal evaluation,legal will and other index.The paper uses SPSS20.0to entry and analysis the data, compares with the two various of independent samples with the Samples T test,uses five kinds of processing methods to treat on the collected indicators and data in2008and2011.Based on comparing the data, we finds the Yunnan foresters’ legal consciousness is improving, foresters legal emotion tends to rational, foresters legal evaluation validity is enhancement, foresters legal will is more and more intense.In order to further improve the Foresters’ legal consciousness, this paper introduces some relevant theories of pedagogy and management science, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the individual foresters, forestry environment, the popularizing-law education levels and methods. |
