Community is the main place that people living,life,learning andcommunication,which is the cellular elements of the city and one of the mostimportant organizations at the grass-roots level in human society. With the coming ofinformation society,information technology and information product is acceleratinginto communities and families.It greatly changes people’s way of life. Digitalcommunity construction is based on the network, intelligence, informationization anddigitization, the community management and service is to meet diversified demandsand build the wisdom of civilized and harmonious community with orderlymanagement and perfect service. Digital community construction is the foundation ofurban management and community construction link and an important part of the cityinformation and social information. Digital community construction is a huge systemengineering, in addition to involve issue of network technology, involving the specificresearch projects, business process optimization, system software development,community management system and organization guarantee mechanism, investment,operation mechanism, and other aspects. Therefore, Governments should pay moreattention to digital community construction at home and abroad, the study of digitalcommunity construction problems has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.This paper adopts methods such as comparative analysis, literature analysis,theoretical analysis. It tries to putforward concrete suggestions such as comprehensive management information fromthe community, community service website and call center three systems as well asthe construction organization and safeguard mechanism aspects.It will realize thesustainable and rapid development of digital community in our country.
