Study On The Digital Governance Path Of Digital Community In Guanshanhu District Of Guiyang City

The development and progress of the times make big data,an information technology,more and more applied to government governance.especially in the process of modern urban management,the development of intelligent city has caused a change of urban digitization.The Guanshanhu District of Guiyang City is to seize the opportunity of the rise of big data industry,explore its development in grass-roots social and political use,civil and social use,and further improve the digital governance ability and level of Guiyang City.As the basic unit of intelligent city,digital information technology and community governance are the key projects to improve the level of grass-roots service governance in Guiyang city.The pilot construction of digital intelligence community is an attempt of social governance innovation,and the follow-up will be spread out in Guiyang City in an all-round way.There are few researches on the combination of digital governance theory and practical application in our country,especially on the basic unit residential areas of small and medium-sized cities.Based on this,on the basis of combing the research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the relevant core concepts and related theories in the process of this paper,and takes the pilot district of Guanshanhu Districtas an example to understand its Status of Digital Governance.In the problem,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to promote the follow-up construction of the digital intelligent community,and at the same time further enrich the theoretical and practical research on digital governance in small and medium-sized cities.
