The number of the disabled, which have several kinds and distributewidely, is very large. It is difficult for them to participate in the social economy andachieve the economic independence. Their social status is not optimistic. Under thebackground of further implement the scientific concept of development and building awell-off society in an all-round way, under the background of realizing the greatChinese dream, it is necessary to develop quickly,the undertakings for the disabledshould become an important part of the all-round development of social undertakings inour country.
