This law is the safeguard for rights of labors and provides thelegal guarantee for their active position in labor relations, which could play the positiverole in building the harmonious labor relations.To build the harmonious labor relations is a long-term and dynamic course and any“impatient for success” is impossible. What we have to do is sum up the practicalexperiences to achieve the harmonious, steady and win-win labor relations withexploration and innovation. As the government and labor administration department,who play an important role in the construction of new labor relationship, have to beactively involved in it. We can set up the new harmonious labor relations with Chinesecharacteristic by using the advanced experiences of other countries combined withChina’s specific national conditions.
