Research On Non-governmental Public Interest Organizations’ Self-organizing Ability Construction

At present，non-governmental public interest organizations play an important role insocial management innovation，and exert significant functions in the aspects of making upthe deficiency of governmental functions，meeting social development requirements， andmotivating the masses of people to participate in social management，and then become aninnegligible important social power. In this paper，a case study based on self-organizingcapacity non-profit organization launched empirical research to select a relativelylarge-scale development of Zibo City，has made many achievements in green ribbons as acase of public organizations， Benevolence， in order to understand the currentself-organizing capacity non-profit organization covering the major development status，the deficiencies and non-profit organization attempting to improve organizationalcapability from the corresponding countermeasures.
