The Moral Education Function And Implementation Of Family Culture

Family culture is composed of family material culture and spiritual culture, which is a gathering of life style, family ethics and common ideas formulated and inherited from generation to generation. Family culture is of great significance for maintaining social stability, family unity and promoting individual development and the prosperity of social culture. Especially it plays enormous role in the standardization, guidance and regulation of the growth of the next generation. Hence, it is extremely necessary to bring the moral education function of family culture into full play.Based on this purpose, this paper will conduct deep analysis of the connotation, characteristics, structure and function of family culture, explore the conditions and methods which make the moral education function of family culture achieved, and give full play to the effectiveness of family moral education. Then it will be elaborated from the following three parts.The first part mainly interprets the connotation, characteristics and structure of family culture. The objective of family education is to improve people’s life quality by treating personal moral quality education as the same as the intellectual education and attaching high importance to the cultivation of healthy personalities of family members. Family moral education is the composition of ideological and political guidance including moral education, psychological counseling and ethics education, which contains traditional cultural education, legal consciousness education and so on. On this basis, it further analyzes the social and instructive features of the moral education of family culture as well as diffezierungsthoerie structural morphology of family education.The second part analyzes the moral education function of family culture. It commences with the connotation of family culture and then deeply analyzes the social and individual functions of family culture on the basis of sociology of relations between family culture and society and individual. Therein, the social function analyzes four functions, namely, social norms, integration, stability and aesthetic the perspectives of family and society, in which the strong impact of family culture on the whole society is cognized. While the individual function elaborates the influences of family culture on people’s functions of moral cognition, behavior norms, value orientation and psychological adjustment by setting family’s influence on individual as the breakthrough point.The third part discusses how to achieve the moral education function of family culture. First of all, we shall Set up the correct family cultural values. Secondly, we shall strengthen parents’accomplishments from the aspects such as the moral level, cultural and psychological qualities, etc. Thirdly, we shall pay high emphasis on the management of harmonious interpersonal relationships of family and establishing the family atmosphere of harmony. Lastly, we also shall eliminate the bad social influence through the consistent cooperation of social and campus cultures.In closing, as long as we have a profound cognition of the moral education function of family culture, it is of assistance for us to explore the approaches and ways to realize moral education function of family culture.
