Park Chung-hee was the closest leader of Korea and Japan in the history after thesecond war. He had received military education in Manchukuo and Japan, which wasfocused in this article, trying to study in-depth of his position and role in the history ofinternational relations in Northeast Asia. To make readers understanding more of thehistory of Manchukuo the and historical relationship between Japan and South Korea.Park Chung-hee’s notion about culture of nationalities was originated from thecolonial rules of the Korean education. As a member of the poor classes, his period ofDaegu normal university was the starting point for his promotion in the future.However, the oppression of colonialism forced him to give up the life of an ordinaryteacher eventually, and chose to join the army. This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part describes his career in Daegu Normal university, it analyzed hisreceiving education, the progress of relationships and the change of conception duringthe period of New Beijing Military Academy of Manchukuo and the JapaneseMilitary Academy.The second part started when Park Chung-hee returned to his country and wasrecovery. Normalization of relations between South Korea is the focus through thefull text, which was possible to make a major decision Japan and Korean diplomaticrelationship, his claim and opening conception were beyond the other Koreanpoliticians. This section includes background of Korea talks, sensitive issues during"South Korea Basic Treaty" signing, the introduction of the Japanese asset in Koreaafter1965and the bilateral sensitive events in the1970s.South Korean President Chun Doo-hwan in the1980s was the old unit of thearmy and confidant of Park Chung-hee, the current South Korean leader is thedaughter of Park Chung-hee, which also reflects the importance of Park Chung-hee’spolicy from one side.The third part of the study was on the basis of the policies made by ParkChung-hee, Chun Doo-hwan and Park Geun-hye toward Japan, the analysis ofhistorical influence policy toward Japan of Park Chung-hee, Park Chung-hee was apragmatic pro-Japanese, which was complex and contradictory conclusions existing inJapan.
