The Research Of The Empty Nesters’ Pension Demand In Shenyang

In the early1980s, China began to put the one-child policy into practice. In theinfluence of this policy,the population of China has been effectively controlled. At thesame time, the policy produce an effect on the size of family.Liaoning is an exemplary province of China one-child policy. Shenyang, as theprovincial capital of Liaoning, has Strictly carried out the policy of family planning.Over30years, the population of Shenyang has been effectively controlled, and the size offamily has been decreased as well. according to data of CNKI mining analysis, the mostfamily size was3～5people per family in1985， accounting for65%.1～2personfamily size was18.9%and more than6persons family size accounted16.1%. Accordingto the data of statistical yearbook2013，we can calculate that in2012each Shenyangfamily have2.81persons on average. So Shenyang has a cutdown family size. Thenumber of each family has been decreased to less than3persons and that means that mostfamilies are consisted of parents and a child and some families only have two persons.This kind of families may meet quite a lot of problems and difficulties when the parentsget old and their child can’ t live with them.This thesis is based on questionnaire and the data of the Liaoning statisticalyearbook and the department of statistics.I Make a detailed study on empty-nestelderly inShenyang, and try to get know the troubles and demands of city empty-nest elderlyservices，using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of these needs willbe divided into economic demand, medical needs and spiritual needs, and using spss todo multiple regression analysis of influencing factors of different types of needs.Withthe help of Liaoning statistics yearbook and questionnaire data,I forecast the trend inShenyang city Empty Nester pension demand, and analyze development trend of thefuture to2040the economic, medical and spiritual demand of Shenyang City EmptyNester. Finally on the base of summarizing the foreign pension experience, I putforward some advice, improving the Empty Nester pension subsidies, increasingcommunity health station construction, trying to improve the pension service persons’professional quality, trying to meet the Empty Nesters spiritual and cultural life ofthe needs and improving the community the old-age home network service system.Thisis to make the city Empty Nester get the pension service quality satisfaction. On the one hand we can make the elderly to share the achievements of the social and economicdevelopment effectively and improve the old-age service system, on the other handmake the younger members of the empty nest family have no trouble at home so thatthey have more energy to contribute to social development.
