Abstract: Marx launched a philosophy revolution of ontology based on sensuousactivity in his Economics Philosophy Manuscript in1844, which marks the turn to thetheory of existence. In his ontology, Marx tells us the true relationship between man andnature, and points out that the relationship between man and nature is exactly therelationship between man and man. Beginning with Marxist philosophy revolution andthe turn of ontology, the paper explores the approaches and orientation of Marx’sontological philosophy, and lays the foundations for the study of the relationshipbetween man and nature in his theory of existence. Then it analyses man, nature, and therelationship between them according the orientation of ontology. A man, ever existed orexists now, is sensuous activity; nature is diachronic, specific and sensuous; sensuousnature is another sensuous man in existence. Due to the sensuous objectivity, man andnature integrate in sensuous activities, and the relationship between man and nature isactually that between man and man. Finally, the paper shows the great importance tounderstand and grasp the thought of man and nature in ontology by linking it withpractice, as the theory can be helpful in finding proper practice way to better our life, and it is also an inherent request of social development. Therefore, the oppositionbetween man and nature can be really eliminated, and the original integrated relationbetween man and nature can be restored.
