The Research Of Prison Police Professional Ethics Construction

Professional ethics is an important part of social morality, in the new situation of thesocialist market economic system, the prison police as the main country of punishment, isthe executor of prison management, professional ethics which will directly affect the meritsquality prison law enforcement, to reduce the impact of the law is to achieve the goal ofcrime, therefore, prison police career into a problem can not be ignored.This paper is divided into three parts were discussed. First, overview the prison policeprofessional ethics, explained the origin and basic connotation prison police ethics,professional conduct routine analysis by prison police come to the prison policeprofessionalism; combined with practical, relevant laws regulations and daily work onprison police ethics requirements summarized the main contents of professional ethics andspecial requirements; analysis prison police professional ethics special orientation,assessment, regulation and education functions.Secondly, cited theoretical results ofMarxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory and other countriesin terms of analysis of the theory of socialist countries laws and policies related to twoaspects of professional ethics on strengthening its theoretical analysis; through the analysisof the current prison police achievements and outstanding problems get professional ethics,analysis and other outstanding problems arise mainly practical basis to discussstrengthening the prison police ethics construction. Finally, by highlighting the problem tofind effective countermeasures. Adhere to the people-oriented principle, properly handle therelationship between the police and prison personnel, is to strengthen the prison policebasic principles of professional ethics construction; by strengthening institutionaldevelopment and strengthening supervision of prison police ethics and build prison policeethics system system; to enrich the content of moral prison, using various forms andmethods of education, build prison police ethics education system; assessment evaluation asthe starting point to form a highly efficient evaluation system, the people’s policeprofessional ethics from diverse angles assessment prison.This paper took the literature, case law, and survey research, through the prison system inHunan research and discussion, further expounded on the importance of professional ethicsPrison Police, necessity and urgency, how to strengthen the prison police career proposedconstruction of a more complete moral ideas and measures.
