In the recent years, the application of lean production, JIT, zero inventory and otheradvanced management technologies makes the enterprises reduce costs and increaserevenues. At the same time, the application of these technologies weakens theenterprises’ ability to resist risks. The normal business of the enterprises is often forcedto interrupt by the disruptions, even serious enough to face bankruptcy, and theupstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain are influenced a lot. However, some enterprises are also facing the same disruptions that can respond quickly and takeeffective measures to minimize the loss. If handled properly, the enterprises may alsoimprove their market shares in the process of dealing with the disruptions. So it has avery important practical research significance for the enterprises that how to develop areasonable and effective supply chain emergency management, to mostly reduce thedisruptions’ impact on the supply chain enterprises and to keep the supply chaincoordination and stability. In order to research the emergency management problem of the supply chain underdisruption, this paper determines the manufacturer as the core enterprise of supply chain, and introduces the concept of emergency degree to achieve the classificationmanagement of the parts. Then the conflict of supplier and manufacturer when thedisruptions happen is analyzed by the game theory model to mostly promoteinformation sharing and avoid potential deceptive behavior of supplier to manufacturer.Based on the above analysis, the dynamic emergency model to deal with emergencyevents is established to minimize the loss and promote to recover the normal operationas soon as possible and cooperation and long-term development. There are mainly two research contents in this paper:1By the introduction of the concept of emergency degree, all parts of themanufacturer are classified.2The supplier and manufacturer’s strategies of different categories of parts areanalyzed by game theory model. Then the scientific process management of supplychain emergency events is achieved for manufacturer by the establishment of the supplychain dynamic emergency management model.By researching the above two aspects, the following conclusions are drawn in thispaper. 1Based on the emergency degree, the parts of the manufacturer are dividedinto three categories, are general parts, important parts and core parts.2For the parts of different categories, the emergency strategies are:1)For the general parts, the manufacturer may choose to replace new supplierafter informed of the truth by the supplier. They can also choose the strategy ofreplacing new supplier to avoid potential deception risks.2)For the important parts, when the supplier’s production can not be recovered, the manufacturer is required to make certain financial aid. According to the supplier’srequirement, the manufacturer determines the amount of time required to recoverproduction. If the supplier can recover in time, the original supplier is kept. Otherwise, the supplier is replaced.3)For the spare parts, in the long term, the manufacturer will make every effort topromote the production recovery of original supplier.
