Besides, its sustainable development not only makes up the unfair distribution of common products in the government and market and satisfies the material and spiritual need of the community people, but also makes the people take part in the building of community and promote the society civility and college students’ quality development. However, at present the Voluntary Service of Colleges’and Universities’ Students in Community is not highly accepted and its organization construction is not so perfect. This passage takes Zhejiang University City College as an example.
