Social Work Intervenes In College Student Volunteer Service Participate In Community Governance Practice Research

As the backbone of the future society,young people effectively participate in community governance is an inevitable requirement for the development of the new era.Opening up a new era of youth work in a new era,mobilizing the majority of young people,especially college students,to actively participate in voluntary service and community governance,will help to enhance college students’ sense of individual responsibility and responsibility;help innovate the form and content of college student volunteer service;help promote The diverse subjects of the community participate in community governance.Past studies have shown that the current college student volunteer service has problems such as insufficient volunteer service ability,low sustainability of volunteer service projects,and incomplete voluntary service guarantee measures.These factors have a certain impact on the long-term development of college student volunteer service.First of all,this research systematically combs and analyzes the literature on college students’ voluntary service and community governance,and reviews the existing results.Under the guidance of the theory of community capacity building and the theory of empowerment,the W Street community micro-governance project is studied using case studies and observations in the field research method,and the data collection methods of interviews and observations are used to analyze the involvement of social work in college students’ volunteers Service participation in the practical process of community governance.Social workers in W Sub-district stand in the context of policy guidance and combined with the W Sub-district community,pay attention to the resource advantages of the community,and carry out community micro-governance projects by linking university organizations and community organizations.The community micro-governance project promotes college student volunteers to participate in community public affairs through the form of “selecting topics-declaring projects-implementing projects” with the service idea of “building a platform-special training-guided practice”.The micro-governance project aims to further promote community diversity The main body participates in community governance.Secondly,by sorting out the practice,sum up the service effect of social work involvedin college students’ voluntary service and participating in community governance,that is,to enhance the participants’ awareness of community practice,service skills,and teamwork ability at the individual level;at the community level,through the diversification of service content,Projectization and specialization promote the innovation of college student volunteer services;at the community level,alleviate the public problems of the community,mobilize various entities in parallel,and build a community linkage mechanism.On this basis,the author further analyzes the shortcomings of social work involved in college students’ voluntary service and participation in community governance.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for social work to intervene in the voluntary service of college students and participate in community governance on the basis of practice.By improving volunteer training,building a platform for community public affairs participation,and improving the safeguards for voluntary service participation in community governance,we can achieve the goal of community participation in community governance by diverse subjects,which will help promote the innovative development of community governance.
