The supply of urban public product has played an important role in t he city’s comprehensive development. With the continuous development of society, people pay more attention to how to effectively carry out the ur ban public product’s decision of supply, to ensure the effectiveness of its supply.It has the incomparable superiority to non-governmental organization with respect to individual participate in the urban public products decisio n of supply, but in recent years it appeared a series of problems in the p rosses of participation. There is important significance of development ho w to ensure the effective participation of non-governmental organization, e nsure democracy and scientific of urban public products s decision of sup ply and to ensure effective supply of urban public products. This paper a nalysis on the bamboo raft flushing system environment comprehensive im provement project in Nanning South lake as a case and studies on the no n-governmental organization’effective participation in urban public product s’ decision of supply.Firstly, this paper expounds the introduction, introduces the research b ackground and significance, research methods and research content and str ucture and reviews the related literature at home and abroad.At the same time, summarizes the related theory, especially analysis on the theory of t he urban public products and non-governmental organization, the importan ce of non-governmental organization to participate in the urban public pro ducts’ decision of supply, the supply decision of non-governmental organiz ation participates in the urban public products. Then analysis on the partic ipated effectiveness of the non-governmental organization.The theoretical p art focuses on the effective performance of non-governmental organization participating in the urban public products supply decision, the evaluatio n of the participated effectiveness of non-governmental organization and th e method of effectiveness of non-governmental organization participating i n the urban public products the involvement of non-governmental organiza tions in the city public products.On the basis, this paper analysis on the case analysis of non-governmental organization participating in the urban public products supply decision, and the part of case analysis focuses o n the case, decision-making model of non-governmental organizations invo lved in the project, effectiveness in the project of Bamboo raft to rush o f non-governmental organization and the reasons of becoming invalid for non-governmental organizations participation. Finally, according to the reas ons of becoming invalid for non-governmental organizations participation,th is paper puts forward policy suggestions, summarizes the thesis and prosp ects the future research direction.
