The Research Of Rural Public Cultural Construction In The New Rural Construction

At present,China has entered a new stage of building a new rural construction,thenew stage of the new rural construction is a long-term goal for our party. Building anew rural construction is an economic,political,cultural and social constructioncomprehensive propulsion systems engineering. Rural public culture as the basis forthe construction of rural culture is a powerful way to cultivate new farmers, and alsocontinue to promote the important guarantee for the construction of new rural culture.After the“nurturing agriculture”policy introduced,especially since the new ruralconstruction, party and the country through policy guidance and financial supporthave given us a lot of support to the rural cultural construction,attaches greatimportance to cultural development in rural work,the rural public culture constructionhas made great progress. But there are some problems urgently needs to besolved,such as farmers’ low participation, public cultural activities got weakinfluence in the process of the public cultural construction. So, attaches greatimportance to the study of rural public culture construction is of great significance.In recent years, rural public cultural in Xin’an town have made many efforts, gotsome achievements,cultural center in Xin’an town was named the provincial culturaldepartment in charge of the provincial cultural center. But when got the achievements,there are some problems, Such as lake of common cultural and recreational activities,boring cultural life,stagnation of public cultural projects stalled and other issues.Therefore, on the basis of academic research on the front, as an example of Xin’ancounty, analysis and discussion rural public culture during the context of the new ruralconstruction.This paper discusses in six parts. In the first part state the background of thesisdescribes, purpose and meaning, the research reviewed at hone and abroad, as well asspecific methods and frameworks thesis.The second part is theoretical overview of therural public culture construction. On the basis of defining the two core concepts of thenew rural construction, as well as the theoretical analysis of rural public cultureconstruction. I determined the main content of the rural public culture construction,including five aspects,the rural ideological and moral construction, therural education and science and technology work, the implementation of the culturalhuimin engineering, public cultural activities, and the excellent traditional cultureprotection construction. At the end of this section, i state the main content andsignificance of rural public culture. The third part analyzes the present situation of thepublic cultural construction as an example of Xin’an in Henan. The fourth part, mainlyfrom rural public culture dominated by--government, the subject--rural residents,resource rural public cultural construction--public cultural goods and services,construction of public cultural and institutional environment of public culturalconstruction put forward the reasons for rural public culture. The fifth part, i put forwardthe construction for rural public culture on the basis of the reasons.At last,it is asummary of this paper.
