Rural Area Public Culture Infrastructure Construction Study

Since the reform and opening-up, with the constant development of rural economic society in China and the continuous improvement of new rural construction, material life standard of broad mass of peasants has been rapidly promoted. With the enhancement of material living level, new expectations and pursuits has been produced by broad mass of peasants on spiritual and cultural life. So that new tasks and new requirement has been presented to the construction of rural public culture.It has been the pointed out in the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC:’Enabling the people to lead healthy and rich intellectual and cultural lives is an important part of our efforts to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.’ And it should be ’We should be community-and people-focused in our cultural work, carry out at a faster pace key cultural projects that benefit the people, increase support for promoting cultural progress in rural areas and underdeveloped areas and open more public cultural service facilities to the public free of charge.’Infrastructure construction of rural public culture is the material carrier for career development of rural public culture, and the important content of new rural construction, as well as the basic requirement on narrowing urban-rural gap. Strengthening infrastructure construction of rural public culture in our country is the internal reflection of implementation of the scientific outlook on development, even realizing the objective requirement of the target on the CPC devoted to reform development achievement sharing with broad mass of the people. Therefore, it has very important theoretical and practical significance to research the infrastructure construction of rural public culture.The article consist of seven parts. The research background and significance, foreign and domestic research dynamics, research method and research renovation and features are introduced in the first part; the connation and effects of rural public culture and its infrastructure construction are identified and illustrated in the second part; the general situation of Jinzhong City and the achievement and existing problems of its infrastructure construction of rural public culture are introduced the third part; the causes of the existing problems of infrastructure construction of rural public culture in Jinzhong City are analyzed in the fourth part; the primary principal of strengthening infrastructure construction of rural public culture in Jinzhong City is summarized in the fifth part; some countermeasures and suggestions are promoted to enhance infrastructure construction of rural public culture in Jinzhong City in the sixth part; the seventh part is the research conclusion.
