Television public service ads is through the television as a media and broadcast,,and belongs to the non-profit in the service of the public. In1987, opened in CCTVprime-time "broadcast" public service ads columns, and television public service adsformally took to the stage and screen.CCTV children ’s channel, as a central mainstream TV media, the target audiencepositions for young children. And children are in a critical period of socializationprocess, easily influenced by the external environment.And along with the increase inthe number of broadcast public service ads, children in the process of watching,public service ads influence on its more and more big, especially the value guidanceand the moral education of young children.So studied systematically for the CCTVchildren’ s channel of public service ads,has a great theoretical significance andtheoretical value.This study will begin from the basic theory of public service ads and CCTVchildren ’s channel public service ads, by Four kinds of research methods: samplingsurvey method, content analysis,literature analysis and case analysis, content analysiswas carried out on the CCTV children ’s channel of public service ads, mainly fromthe topic content, advertising style, the picture color and music sound this four aspectscarries on the analysis, in addition, the analysis of its public service ads advertisingstrategy: time, psychological, claim strategy and creative strategy; And then sums upthe CCTV children ’s channel characteristics and functions of public service ads; fromthe analysis,find the existing problems of CCTV children ’s channel,and targets to theCCTV children ’s channel of public welfare advertisement several enlightenment.
