On The Study Of Current Living State Of Losing "the-only-child" Family

From the mid seventy’s in20century, China began to widely carry out the basic national policy–birth control.Most married couples respond positively to this policy, that is “the only-child”. However, many married couples unfortunately encounter to the early death of the-only–child because of diseases、accidents、and other reasons，finally becoming the losing the–only-family. With the amount increases, this special group is confronted with not only materials but also spirits, this becomes a serious question which influences the construction of harmonious society. The governments at all levels have already concerned and laid a strong emphasis on this problem, and put forward some targeted methods, which is not enough to solvethis serious problem. Through interviewing with them, consulting some documents, understanding and grasping their living conditions, this paper analyzes this serious problem which is confronted with by the losing the-only-child191housholds which live in Weidu District of Xuchang City, get to know their critical needs which provide relevant departments with some critical and essential information in terms of formulating relevant policies and exercise of the policies，realizing the maximum assistance policy. At the same time, putting forward prevention mechanism from the origin, controlling the amount of losing the-only family, constructing a multi-level、multi-channel multi-dimension system which is composed of government-community-family.
