Study On Social Policy In The Construction Of Harmonious Labor Relationship

The harmonious and stable labor relations is the basic guarantee of harmonioussociety, under the background of building a harmonious socialist society, to promotethe harmony of labor relations is especially important. However, the currentdisharmony phenomenon of our country labor relations is increasingly prominent,and the damaged situation of laborers’ rights and interests can be seen everywhere. Inorder to adjust the labor relations, and promote the harmonious and stable laborrelations, a series of social policies have been introduced in our country. The socialpolicy of labor relations have greater development in the last ten years, havingplaying a great role in coordinate labor relations and protecting the rights andinterests of workers. But on the other hand, many problems on the relation of laborsocial policy still exist, leading to the existence of a large number of disharmoniousfactors. And because of the imperfection of social policy itself, a lot of policiesremain in name only, playing less than its proper role.In this context, this article selects the construction of harmonious labor relationsof social policy research, respectively from the labor employment system, labor andemployment policies, labor relations, social security policy, and from the perspectiveof social policy, expounds the construction of harmonious labor relations of socialpolicy, and analyzes the role and status quo of relevant policies and issues. In therelated policy based on the analysis of the classification society, it analyzes theproblem of social policy in our country and its impact on labor relations from themacro view. Finally aiming at the existing problem of social policy, for theconstruction of the harmonious labor relations of social policy in China, somesuggestions are put forward.
