After the formation of the State, the ruling class in order to achieve bettergovernance and management, according to certain principles of administrativedivisions, such as economic, political, cultural and natural environment of theterritory,the territory is divided into different levels and regional,this system is theadministrative division. Therefore the administrative division of a region must be tofollow certain rules, should comprehensive consideration of various elements of thelocal natural environment, political, economic, cultural and so on, cannot be biased onone congregation, and make appropriate adjustments based on changes in thesituation.After the establishment of the Ming Dynasty, Yuan’s administrative divisions ona large scale, in-depth adjustment, this administrative divisions in Northern regions ofAnhui Province also experienced a drastic adjustment. Divide Senior AdministrativeRegion, or separating, merger states, eventually formed a huge Fengyang, it is Soextensive that even beyond the Northern regions of Anhui Province, including littleparts of Jiangsu Province and Henan Province. And also basically laid the northernborder region of today’s Anhui Province. However, too much emphasis on politicalfactors and the emperor himself liking, the shortcomings of Administrative divisionsrevealed and exacerbated, then narrow area of Fengyang, However, during the MingDynasty, Fengyang still the largest states of South Zhili. Along with the history of theevolution of a variety of factors, political, economic, cultural and other constantlychanging and development, Vast northern Anhui only remaining a huge Fengyangincreasingly difficult to adapt to the changing situation. However, there is noadjustment until the Ming Dynasty.After entering the Qing Dynasty, national trend stabilized, political, economic,cultural and natural environment has undergone major changes, a huge Fengyangincreasingly unfavorable ruling, adjustment of administrative divisions in Northern becomes imperative, during Qing Dynasty, administrative divisions in northern Anhuiprovince were large-scale, large-scale adjustment, to some extent, adapt to thedevelopment of the situation. However after the Opium War, China graduallysemi-colonial and semi-feudal, economic and political situation of rapid change,adjustment of administrative divisions did not keep up with the changing situation,government control over the crumbling place until the Qing Dynasty.After entering the Republic of China, with the construction and opening of therailway Jinpu, emerging transport has an extremely strong economic agglomerationeffect, and had a huge impact on the economic development of Northern Areas ofAnhui Province. A sharp rise in some places, the rapid decline in some places,regional differences in the economic situation is very significant internal drama,economic factors become increasingly important, cause changes of other factors, inorder to adapt to the changes, put forward a proposal to establish municipalAdministrative Region.This thesis investigate political, economic, cultural, ecological environment andnatural evolution of the change and development of administrative divisions ofnorthern Areas of Anhui Province During the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China.In order to reveal historical geography which impact of administrative divisions.Through this case to prove the importance of administrative divisions must follow theappropriate law and today’s enlightenment.Framework of this writing is also expanded in accordance with the above ideas,in addition to the introduction, conclusion, paper is divided into three chapters, thefirst chapter discusses the northern Areas of Anhui Province’s division evolutionprocess During the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China.The second chapter discusses the historical and geographical factors whichimpact the changes of administrative region, analyzing various factors change process,interaction, and impact of changes in government areas.The third chapter summarizes the changes in the administrative division of thelaw, analyze the impact of change on the regional administrative divisions of society.
