Communication And Prevention Of Internet Rumor

With the development of Internet technology, people’s lives become convenient in all aspect. The network, however, is a double-edged sword. On one hand, the network breaks through the limitations of time and space, makes communication more convenient, shortens the distance between people and enhances people’s feelings. However, on the other hand, all kinds of rumors are spread widely and the network becomes breeding ground for rumors because of the low access threshold of network media. In recent years, Internet rumor emerges in endlessly and causes serious damage. Further, Internet rumor appears more and more complex features and characteristics in communication and evolution process which attracts the attention of scholars and experts all over the world.The "Qin Huohuo case" shocked all the people in the country. Qin Huohuo and related persons fabricated more than three thousand rumors with network tool which contains moral model rumor, well-known media people rumor, military experts rumor and so on. Qin Huohuo and related persons who fabricated luxury life of Lei Feng Internet rumor and immigration of Zhang Haidi Internet rumor face criminal penalties. Internet rumors, finally, face justice interrogation. Compared to previous Internet rumor, the case presents more significant features, such as larger scale, wider spread range, stronger lethality, more bad social impact and stronger representativeness.This paper takes the case as research object and sorts out the concepts of rumor and Internet rumor. Then this paper researches the communication model and process of Internet rumor and summarizes up the simulation effect of Internet rumor by case study method and literature method. Moreover, this paper proposes "five defenses" of prevention and control of Internet rumor pertinently in order to provide a reference for analysis and prevention of Internet rumor which is based on five parts of Internet rumor communication process.
