Research On Internet Rumor Governance In Public Emergencies

In recent years,with the development of technology,networks becoming more popular,Weibo,Wechat and other cellphone application begin to enter our lives.The innovation and development of technology,especially,the emerging of new media,brings a great change to our life,and has already become a necessary part of our daily life.It not only brings a lot of convenience to our life,but also brings some negative effects to society developing and government management.Rumor is not strange for us,but the development of network accelerates the speed of rumor;the network emerges as the times require.Compared to traditional rumor,the speed of network rumor is faster,and the coverage of network rumor is more widely.Moreover,the virtuality,anonymity,freedom,and interactivity of network rumor make the management of network rumor more difficult.In the transitional period,there are many public emergencies in China.As a concomitant of public emergency,network rumor play a significant role of public emergency,becoming a difficult problem of public governance.In accordance with the "what?","why?" and "how to do?" the whole idea,firstly author reviewed and summarized the theoretical basis of Internet rumors in the public emergencies,scientifically explains the concept of public emergencies and network rumors,objectively describes the characteristics and development process of network rumor network in China.Then the author through the "Shandong illegal vaccine incident","Tianjin port explosion" of the latest case research and analysis,found the network rumors of emergency management deficiencies.Based on analysis of deficiencies,the author pointed out the reasons.Finally,according to the actual situation of our country,learning from the successful experience of foreign corporate governance,proposed the corresponding optimization strategy,in order to provide some suggestions for China's network governance in public emergency rumor,weaken the negative effects brought by the network rumors in public emergencies.
