Study On The Rumor Strategy Of Guokr Website In Public Emergency

The study combine history of science communication,the study of rumor and group memory to figure out how to refute rumors of science.Taking the Guokr Website as the subject,this paper found that the communication model need to fit democracy environment on the Internetso that local knowledge could be helpful to match the communication model. Group memory was the source of rumor,the point of both is audiences' mood; As for sudden public events,finding information blank with personal experience and local knowledge was an effective way to refute rumors,filling up these blanks,the audience get piece and return to reason.
