The Internet, because of its advantages of wide coverage, large information capacity, spread fast, interactive and profound transformation in the realistic society has exerted a great influence on people’s way of thinking, way of life. With the maturity and popularization of Internet, network has become an important platform for people to understand the state affairs and social life, the network supervision of public opinion also has become the main force in the supervision of public opinion. The public opinions and suggestions, to social phenomena and social problems through the network, to form a powerful force for full exchange of public opinion supervision, social all against the legal and moral behavior, the behavior biases and constraints. Especially in the last two years, the network supervision of public opinion in the anti-corruption work shows a hitherto unknown force, has injected new vitality to the construction of a clean and honest government in China.The network supervision of public opinion is also a double-edged sword; its rapid development has brought some negative effects to the society. A sound legal system is the network supervision of public opinion, health, the benign development of the necessary conditions. The network world is a no boundaries, is developing rapidly, many parties, regulation difficult dynamic society, if there is no perfect legal system and effective supervision, the network will become the main source of damage factors of social stability, is not conducive to the further development of network technology. In order to establish the network supervision of public opinion environment, reasonable and efficient, really play the network supervision of public opinion in the prevention of corruption.
