The fourth part, the enlightenment, Habermas theory of communicative rationality of cross-strait relations from six aspects namely:to create "the ideal discourse environment", construct the discourse of cross-strait relations, public areas on both sides of the cultivation of rational communication, improve the communication of the people on both sides of communication practice qualification, deepen the people on both sides, forming a cross straits exchanges "general specification". The conclusion shows that the theory of communicative rationality of Habermas has great significance to study the current cross-strait relations.
