A Sociological Study On The Emergence And The Governance Mechanism Of Social Risk In The Context Of Risk Society

In the modern risk society,it is not only contribute to predict and solve the social problems caused by social risk and its governance,but also important to keep a healthy development of economic society by accurately understanding the emergence,development and governance logic of social risk.Based on the literature research and data analysis of the Tianjin "8.12" social risks incident,this paper takes Ulrich Beck's "sociology of risk" as an analysis point of view and "risk society,social risk and risk management" as analysis tools,using literature research methods and statistical description method.To explore the formation,development and governance logic of social risk under the background of risk society,and summed up the social risk management mechanism.Firstly,the causes of "social risk" in the context of "risk society" are investigated from the aspects of conspiracy of the interest groups,the legitimacy of legitimacy,the failure of legitimacy,the paradox of the development of science and technology,and the lack of civil society supervision.And the characteristics of The Tianjin8.12 social risk event are analyzed,such systematicness,universality,imperceptibility,unpredictability,constructivism,and nationwide responsibility.secondly,it discussed the new features and new types of risk reproduction,And the iusse in the management from the four aspects of civil society,risk culture,public trust,and the relationships between state,market and civil society.based on the four aspects,there is a deeply reflection on risk managemant technology.Finally,the relationship between "social risk" and "risk governance" in the context of "risk society" was investigated from the aspects of risk type,means and side effects.the governance mechanism of social risk under the background of modern risk society is proposed By focusing on building civil society,trust system,risk culture and compound governance technology found that "risk sociology theory”and the concept of" social risk,the risk governance "can well explain the generation,development and governance logic of the Tianjin “8.12 " social risk events.
