Research On The Management Of The Young Public Institution Functionaries Of Tianjin C.Y.L

Based on a large amount of literature studies and analysis of related research, this paper analyses the characteristics of Tianjin institution directly under the Youth League and the structure of the ranks of the youth cadres. The research about management of youth cares in Tianjin institution directly under the Youth League. Thus there are some problems of construction and management of youth cadres in Tianjin institutions directly under the Youth League. The mainly of these problems are the education and training system for the youth cadres is not perfect, selection and appointment mechanism is not standardized, regulatory system is not perfect and so on.According to the theory of pub lie management, this paper puts forward some new ideas, countermeasures, suggestions to solve the problems. Improving the ranks of the youth cadres management in Tianjin institution directly under the Youth League needs improve the youth’s education and training system, evaluate the youth scientifically, regular the youth selection and appointment and perfect the supervision system of them and so on. All of these may provide the conditions and environment for the growth and development of the youth cadres.
