For legal education, Deng Xiaoping points out clearly:legal education to primary school and middle school not only starts from the children, but also needs carrying out to the society. So the juvenile legal education is a long and professional education work which we must make unremitting efforts. In recent years, there are many differences in youth legal education between China and Japan. The reasons to cause the differences are related with the situation of the world, the properties, the legal system and function themselves. At the same time the juvenile legal education which is the interdisciplinary science not only belongs to the category of ideological and political education, but also belongs to the research area of law. Through the comparison of legal education in youth between China and Japan, we can find the gap and serve the construction of socialist rule of law culture better.In this paper, the reason why the Japan is as the comparison objects is that Japan is a country with a long history which was affected by Confucianism, and that it has always attached great importance to "Li" and "de".The second is that Japan which is as a developed capitalist country with recognized low crime rates in the world gives us a good example legal education for teenagers.In the introduction of the data of our country, in addition to the general situation of overall China, it also combined with my own experience,interspersed with Tibet Changdu area as an example in order to explain in the vast territory and abundant resources in the China, special circumstances of Tibet and the different status of legal education in primary school.The first part:The development history of modern Sino and Japanese Youth Legal education. It describes Japan from the Meiji Restoration of1868to1945and1945which is the Japanese youth legal education after the two stages.As in China it describes the Opium War in1840and new China in1949respectively of the two nodes:it respectively describes the legal education for teenagers in two periods of the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, after the founding of new China, which was in the end of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of legal education in youth, for example by historical data, highlight the "history" section.Through combing the modern moral and legal education systematically, it can dig out the outstanding methods of legal education.The second part: The comparison of Youth Legal education between China and Japan. This chapter is the priority among priorities paper.It makes full use of the comparative methods to compare from two aspects of the same points and different points.In the aspect of Legal education in school, the paper made a horizontal comparison from eight aspects such as discipline, education content, education, law education, the core value of law education, law education professional teachers to carry out the project, the school and the family and social cooperation, in addition to briefly explain the distinctive characteristics of the legal education in Tibet Changdu area. In the family legal education it mainly made a comparison on two aspects of environmental factors and education methods. In social legal system education, this section talked about the characteristics of Tibet social legal education and publicity which uses Tibet Changdu area as an example in addition to the general description of the comparison object, social legal education form, education channelsThe third part:the significance of legal education for teenagers in Japan to china.In this part, the two countries of China and Japan are all in the process of modernization, in spite of differences of the social and economic development level. The two of them also face the fierce conflict of traditional and foreign culture value, social constraints and personality development.There are different degrees of the new contradictions and new problems of juvenile legal education, so how to take effective means to deal with juvenile crime trends from the two countries in legal education in youth is what we need to think about.
