Discussion On The Change Of The CPC’s Legit Resources Since Reform And Opening UP

Legit resources are the foundation of the CPC establishing and consolidating regime. Being an overall concept, legit resources are composed by different elements, which can make joint effect for the purpose of achieving maximum efficiency. Therefore, the CPC develop and utilize legit resources from different dimensions, in order to obtain people’s recognition and support. Among legit resources, the charismatic and economical performance respectively played a dominant role in specific political forms. Based on perspective of historical change, this paper mainly examines the interaction between resources and social development, and the CPC how to adjust the legit resources to get rid of legal crisis.Before the reform, the CPC used people’s beliefs on charisma and communist ideology to build authority. However, the ruling authority on this basis would face the challenges of the limits of time and dilemma. Therefore, after the reform and opening up, charismatic legalization function decline, and ultimately achieve a trivialization of the change, which is also the result of external market-oriented reforms. Because of the market economy and modern factors, personal subjectivity awareness rise, which contribute to Disenchantment.As a symbol, Fifteenth National Congress established "The Rule of law" authoritative system, which makes trust of charisma transform to trust on institution, so ordinary politic was developing. Being faced with dilemma, the CPC proposed to shift the focus to economic development in1978, trying to implement the ideological commitment. The economic performance of the legitimacy became the center of the legitimacy of the system resources, which have been proven social development in the future. However, in the two-way interaction, differentiation of economic interests is corroding legit foundation. Therefore, the CPC began to adjust their thinking on economic development, that is, on one side, to promote the concept of inclusive growth, improving people’s livelihood as the economic work of starting and ending points; on the other side, to adjust the status of economic performance of the legit resource in the system of legit resources.
