Extensive application of information network technology continues to drive change in the mode of production and way of life, intelligence community came into being, and community management model requires new production and way of life to adapt, innovation and development.In this thesis, studies intelligence communities in Beijing, choice of typical communities abroad or patterns were analyzed by the intelligence community management model for research, clarifying intelligence community development, and on this basis, its management model for innovative interpretation of Beijing intellectual vitality into the development of the community.
