Research Of Living Condition Of The Forestry Workers Living In The Daxing’anling Forest Region Inner Mongolia

Forestry workers, an important part of the groups of workers in ourcountry，since the establishment of New China，role of forestry workerschanges experienced a "lumberer" to "ranger". The living conditions offorestry workers has been greatly improved from climbing ice lying snow,camping, however, with the development of our social economy, forestryworkers’living has relatively backward, and because of general forest’positionis remote, alternatives to forest products and other reasons in recent years,forestry enterprises’income has been reduced, forestry workers’ livingstandard has not been effective promotion, forestry workers’ have trouble inliving and development.This paper studies the living conditions of forestry workers in Daxing’anling forest region in four parts, respectively:The first part is the introduction, including the question proposed, thedomestic and foreign research review, research object and method, theconcept definition. This paper argues that Daxing’ anling Mountain region isan important ecological function areas of China, their development status hasbeen widespread concern, researching on the area of concentration in theaspects of state reform and other macro perspective, for the small number ofstudies of forestry workers, in the process of the reform of state-ownedsystem, the lives of forestry workers has been Improved, but also constrainedto some extent, this paper based on a lot of in-depth interview data, studyingon forestry workers in Inner Mongolia Daxing’ anling forest region forestryarea.The second part introduces the history and current situation of Daxing’anling forest region，Inner Mongolia, briefly introduced the basic situation ofthe investigation--Tulihe town, Inner, Yakeshi city, Inner Mongolia Province.Analysis through the management mechanism’s establishment, constructionand transformation, to understand the basic situation about the number,income and education level of forest worker’s of Daxing’ anling forest region, Inner Mongolia.The third part begins with the basic living conditions of forestry workers inInner Mongolia Daxing’ anling forest region, analysis of the basic livingconditions of forestry workers. In this part, firstly the author introduce thecurrent mode of operation and classify the forestry workers of Daxing’anlingforest region，Inner Mongolia, and have a basic understanding of the livingenvironment about forestry workers; then, analysis the basic economicconditions, living conditions and basic daily living of forestry workersthrough the survey data, to have a thorough understanding about the basic lifeconditions for forestry workers, finally， introduce the health, education,transportation and other social material conditions of the investigation, showmore comprehensive about the basic living conditions in the Daxing’ anlingforest region forestry workers.The fourth part based on the above three parts which study the basic livingconditions of the investigation’s forestry workers, finding that the currentliving of forestry workers have a certain extent behind other groups, theauthor analyses the current policies of the state, social conditions, forestryworkers own conditions and other factors which cause trouble for theforestry workers’development; finally, summarize and analyze the relatedliterature that put forward all kinds of suggestions for the development offorestry workers，explore the advantages and disadvantages about varioustypes of recommendations, think of the countermeasures to get the forestryworkers in Inner Mongolia Daxing’anling forest region out of thepredicament.
