Study On The Living Conditions Of Zibo Community Workers

Under the social background of building a harmonious community,many scholars begin to pay close attention to the social community and the research community workers.In this paper,the Zibo 202 community workers,understand their living conditions,and USES binary Logit model to analyze the factors affecting the survival conditions of community workers,finally put forward to improve the survival conditions of community workers.The article includes five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to this article.Mainly describes the paper's research background and significance,has carried on the literature review to the condition of community workers and evaluation,and this paper USES Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Homans,social exchange theory,expounds in detail.The second chapter is the research design.Mainly includes the research framework and research methods,research dimensions and operation.The research framework of this article expounds the core concepts,and illustrates the research content of this article in detail.Research dimension is income level,benefits,job satisfaction,professional skills,social interaction and social prestige,five dimensions,and for each dimension of operation alization.In this paper,the research methods using the questionnaire survey method,case interview method and SPSS software analysis,binary Logit model analysis and other methods.The third chapter is the survival conditions of community workers data analysis,using SPSS software from five dimensions respectively describes the condition of community workers.The fourth chapter is community worker survival plight and factors affecting the survival conditions of the analysis.From low income levels,job satisfaction is low,I respect needs are not being met,such as difficult to achieve self value four aspects this paper expounds the present predicament of Zibo city community worker,and USES binary Logit model to analyze the influence factors of their living conditions are analyzed,the results show that the area,whether there is a loan,if there is a title,professional knowledge of learning initiative,whether residents participated in professional training and recognition for the work,whether to pay five insurance subsidies,whether to have annual bonus,whether there is life,whether to have freetime all of these factors on the survival condition of community workers have a significant impact.The fifth chapter is to improve the survival conditions of community workers way research.This article from the perspective of sociology proposes perfecting management system,establish a supervision mechanism,build a training system,the four paths of the incentive mechanism of innovation,improve the management system including leadership mechanism,perfect the laws and regulations and the construction of community worker team,set up supervision mechanism is to strengthen the government supervision,set up the community supervision team and community worker self supervision,build a training system is to build the government support,community dominated,community workers to participate in training system,innovation incentive mechanism including the rewards and punishment system,evaluation system and security system.
