People management activities as the most active and the most activefactor, as time interpretation, its weight is increasing. China is one of the ideasput forward very early and make it into management among countries, humanthinking has become an important topic of Management Studies.School unions under the socialist system as a mechanism for schoolmanagement, staff and students on behalf of the majority of the most basicinterests, and how trade unions work carried out, not only a direct reflectionof the school’s campus culture, even related to a school’s mental outlook andoverall educational image. It maintains the faculty and students of basic rights.Unions through democratic consultations and a variety of painstakingideological and political work, to achieve the maintenance staff and thegeneral purpose of the specific interests of the students. Schools staff congressembodied in the form of democratic management features college, faculty andstudent representatives to participate in school management, but also toprotect the basic rights of the faculty one way.From our school practice of union management process point of view,the reform and opening up the basic organizational structure is notstandardized, management systems, and arbitrary decision-making,management, inefficient management of stage experience. After theimplementation of education reform, establishing and improving various rulesand regulations around, improving teaching efficiency, the establishment ofeducational and other aspects of macro security system, education, scientificmanagement process have been effectively strengthened. With thedevelopment of modern science and technology and the knowledge economyera, especially in the field of Western developed countries manage the rise ofChina-Africa theory of rationalism,"the people" as the most importanteducational management, the core elements of the "people management" value orientation of the education sector more and more attention, analysisand discussion of "people management" can become a school unionmanagement innovation and improve management efficiency of the growingpoint, with a very significant practical significance. By now peoplemanagement issues in the school union management, this paper proposes tostrengthen the management of the school union’s basic human managementmethods and strategies in order for our school management unions whoprovide some of the helpful ideas.
