Lenin’s Democracy Thought Of Ruling Party

The inner-party democracy building means a lot to the regime and theruling ability construction of the ruling party. Research on Lenin’s rulingparty’s inner-party democracy is still has great significance. The introductionpart mainly describes the writing background and analyzed the main researchresults of related research area, it also introduced the research emphases andmethods. The main body is divided into four parts. From fourteenth toeighteenth Century, the western capitalist countries have relatively reasonabledemocratic political system, while Russia is still a backward feudal serfdomcountry. Lenin carefully analysis the situation, and began to explore ways andmeans of democracy within the party. He inherited and carried forward theachievements of Marx and Engels’s theory of the democracy within the party.He also absorbed the thought of Karl Johann Kautsky and Rosa Luxemburg.With the change of the objective conditions such as the revolutionary situation,The inner party democracy of Lenin experienced the stages of centralism,democratic centralism, extreme centralization and workers democracy.Lenin’s ruling party democracy thought mainly includes: the democraticcentralism, the party’s election and recall system, the system of Partycongresses, collective leadership system, the inner party supervision system,Party member education system and so on. Lenin’s thought of Inner Partydemocracy has its successes and deficiencies. Our present study about Lenin’sruling party inner-party democracy thought should follow the inner-partydemocratic construction rules, to summing up the contributions andshortcomings in the process, finally provides theoretical support for thebuilding of Communist Party of China.
