Lenin's Inner-party Democratic Thought And Its Influence On The Communist Party Of China

Developing inner-party democracy is not only a prerequisite for the smooth development of the party's cause,but also affects the party's destiny and future.Under the influence of Marx,Lenin inherited the idea of inner-party democracy,combined with the reality of Russia,and with the help of the general environment of the Russian social democratic revolution,through the concrete practice activities,the construction and continuous improvement of the inner-party democratic thoughts gradually formed a complete set.The theoretical system has a powerful influence on the development of socialist party and government with Chinese characteristics.This paper is based on the source of Lenin's inner-party democratic thought and mainly emphasizes the role of democratic thought under historical conditions.During the formation period of Lenin's inner-party democracy thought,the democratic politics in some capitalist countries is in a stage of rapid development.At this time,Russia's economic culture is relatively backward in the West.In combination with Russia's basic national conditions at the time,Lenin's theoretical and practical practice of the inner-party democratic system not only further promoted Marx and Engels' s ideas of intra-Party democracy,but also further explored his ideological achievements,and also targeted Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Kautsky's democratic thoughts were further interpreted,and the party building was based on the "centralized system" thinking.With the development of the Russian workers' movement and the practice of the Social Democratic Party's party building,it has given a certain practical basis for the improvement of Lenin's inner-party democratic thinking.The analysis of the inner-party democratic thoughts by means of historical evolution can be divided into: 1.The democratic thoughts mainly composed of the central system,the democratic centralism,the extreme centralism,and the workers' democratic system;2.The democratic centralization system of the party congress,the party The internal electoral system and the collective leadership system are the main components of the ideological content.China's exploration of the formation process of intra-party democracy is not only a summary of the experience of socialist construction and Chinese revolutionary construction,but also an innovative inheritance of Western democratic theory.While discussing the idea of inner-party democracy,combined with its practical significance,this paper concludes that the Chinese Communist Party's inheritance of Lenin's democratic thoughts is embodied in the following aspects: First,the principle of party building by democratic centralism;second,party members are democratic within the party.The main body;the third is a perfect method for inner-party democracy.The idea of inner-party democracy established by Lenin provided theoretical guidance and realistic foundation for the formation and development of the Communist Party of China.On the other hand,it gave a good guiding ideology for the current democratic reform.With the help of Lenin's idea of intra-Party democracy,the historical experience summarized in development and the current situation of China's current socialist democracy development,this paper puts forward some development issues for the construction of inner-party democracy.China's current inner-party democracy construction should correctly interpret the relationship between democracy and concentration under the party's ruling,the construction of inner-party democratic system,democratic election within the party and the allocation of political resources,collective leadership and prevention of individual arbitrariness,reform and improvement of inner-party supervision.Issues such as the construction and improvement of institutional supervision institutions within the party and the construction of grassroots democracy.With the help of the building of inner-party democracy,the goal of steady development of social democratic politics is achieved.
