The fourth part describes the environmental enforcement mechanisms United States, Japan, the Philippines and other countries, and can learn from; The last part, learning from the successful experience of the United States, Japan, the Philippines and other countries, the research puts forward specific measures to improve the enforcement mechanisms of the environment:Strengthen coordination and operability between environmental regulations and enhance the environmental protection department directly enforceable rights, improve environmental law enforcement supervision system, improve information communication system and accountability system, improve public participation in the system, increased funding and personnel of law enforcement to protect the environment and improve environmental enforcement mode.
