The Research On The Development Of Qingdao Community Supported Agriculture

With the development of the exaltation of people’s living standard and Food safety issues havebecome increasingly prominent, Urban residents’ needs for health, safety, green agricultural productsare more urgent, the traditional non-polluting mode of agricultural production get people’s attentionagain, some city dwellers began to trade directly with farmers who providing organic agriculturalproduce, some even attempt to lease the land to plant crops by themselves, in order to ensure thesafety of the food supply channels, Community Supported Agriculture also gradually developed inthis case.This paper according to a large number of literature, from the emergence of QingdaoCommunity Supported Agriculture and development of the background, based on Maslow’shierarchy of needs theory, agriculture multifunctional theory and sustainable agriculturaldevelopment theory. The paper selects the Community Supported Agriculture of Qingdao for thestudy, through conduct research on its current development, the environment and developmentproblems, in order to explore more development model and development strategies to help promotedifferent areas of Qingdao Community Supported Agriculture and provide a reference for sustainabledevelopment of Qingdao Community Supported Agriculture.This article has seven main parts:Part l: This part introduces the background to the study, the research status quo of domestic andinternational Community Supported Agriculture have been reviewed, the article pointed out thesignificance of the study and the main research intentions, methods and thesis framework, andsummarizes the innovation of this article.Part2: The second chapter is the definition of the concept of Community Supported Agriculture,to classify and contrast and the develop model of Chinese Community Supported Agriculture,described the three functions of Community Supported Agriculture. In addition, through analysis thetheories of Community Supported Agriculture, provide a theoretical basis for the study of QingdaoCommunity Supported Agriculture.Part3: The third chapter is research the status quo of Qingdao Community Supported Agriculture. The research mainly on the overall development of agriculture of Qingdao andCommunity Supported Agriculture in Qingdao, the existing CSA farm in Qingdao, analyze themacroeconomic environment and the existing problems about Qingdao Community SupportedAgriculture.Part4: The fourth chapter is research the potential consumers of Qingdao CommunitySupported Agriculture, learn of the real willingness of the potential consumers and the reasons forthe public to participate in it and the people demand about the agriculture model, the cost, theservices of Qingdao Community Supported Agriculture.Part5: The fifth chapter is selected U.S., Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions,summarize their specific measures and successful experience in the development of the CommunitySupported Agriculture, to provide guidance and reference for the further development of QingdaoCommunity Supported Agriculture.Part6: The sixth chapter is direct at the problems and shortcomings of Qingdao CommunitySupported Agriculture, for the purpose of development and improvement, from urban, suburban andrural areas, put forward a number of distinctive and innovative development model, put forwardspecific methods and measures from producers, consumers and government to promote thedevelopment of Community Supported Agriculture, and adapt to the development trend of QingdaoCommunity Supported Agriculture.Part7: In the Conclusion, the author summaries the main conclusions at the same time putforward some outlook for further research in this area.
