Research On Public Decision-making Problem Of Citizen Participation Under The Perspective Of Effective Decision Model

Since the reform and opening up, China’s political and democratic process has madegreat progress in civil rights continue to be protected, citizenship also gets morerecognition, especially the political rights of citizens to get growing. At the same time,citizens are increasingly aware of their citizenship, the importance of civil rights and theimportant content. Citizens are being accepted by the negative results of the previouspolitical development to actively participate in the political process, especially in thepublic decision-making process.Citizens in public decision-making process is playing animportant role, and the lack of citizen participation in public decision-making is beingincreasingly questioned, and even lead to a public crisis.Although a certain degree of citizen participation in development, we should alsosee our citizens to participate in public decision-making process there are many issuesthat hinder the scientific and democratic decision-making in public. Therefore, in thepublic decision-making process of public managers should learn how to attract civicparticipation, and civic how to improve their ability to participate becomes particularlyimportant, but also our political democratic process urgent problems. Solution to thisproblem is not only related to the reform process of China’s political democracy arecritical to our overall well-off society and realize the construction of harmonious socialdevelopment.This paper describes the system effective decision-making model, first select theactual cases in the perspective of effective decision-making model to analyze theproblem of citizen participation in public decision-making in the face, and then for ourcitizens to participate in public decision-making in the problems put forward constructivecountermeasures. Hope this article provides an effective theoretical guidance andreference ideas to solve the problem of citizen participation in public decision-making.
