In fact, we can do the work of the elderly by the two ways:Firstly, we should meet the needs of the material for the elderly. Secondly, we shouldmeet the mental support of the elderly. In the past academic research, Scholars onlyregard the material to analyze the maintenance of the elderly and research. In terms of theelderly, there is little involved in the mental support. In this paper, a thorough analysis ofthe elderly and to explore the mental support issues.Recently, with the rapidly develop of the elderly of China and the increasing of thefamily of the one-child, it’s the best that the mental support for the elderly problemin-depth analysis and research to improve, the problems of mental support of the elderly.Firstly，the lonely phenomenon of the elderly is universal and the extent is deeply.Secondly，the children lack of accompany to the elderly.
